Our cow's milk Lupulus was the first cheese matured with beer on the whole of the Iberian peninsula. The formula originates from Belgium. Made with organic cow's milk, tranquil maturing of three to six months, and the rind washed in artisan beer. The yeast from the beer stimulates the development of fermentation and imbues it with personality. In the mouth, the outside has hints of cereal, and the inside surprises with a fine and creamy texture but with the tastes of long-cured cheeses. It is exquisite hot, semi-melted on a slice of toast or on a plate of vegetables. Elgant and tasty, for palates open to the daring combination of a great cheese and a good beer. Ideal marriage.
