Thanks to its slow aging process of between two to three months, a fragile rind is achieved that protects a creamy and aromatic interior with personality. Easy to cut and with an intense milk aroma. The milk used in the artisanal preparation of this blue goat cheese comes from our own herd and from local farms. Muntanyola opts for producing high-quality gourmet cheeses, selecting producers committed to milk quality, animal welfare, organic farming or local consumption.
