This organic semi-mature cow cheese is made through a traditional process. We use cow’s milk from a farming operation with organic production and certification. This cheese has a slow two-month maturation process where yeast stimulates the development of ferments, bringing creaminess and a special personality. With a fine and tender texture, Lupulus conquers through a well-balanced flavor and a slight bitterness. In the mouth, you will experience a full-bodied taste of cereal with a surprise of the typical flavor of long-matured cheeses. The milk used in the artisanal preparation of this cow’s cheese comes from an organic production farm. This cow’s milk is certified organic by the Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production.
