Goat’s milk rebuilds the intestinal flora and neutralizes acidity. It contains between 30%-40% less cholesterol than other milks, in addition to being rich in omega-6 and a great ally for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Goat cheese has great nutritional value with high levels of vitamin A, B2 calcium and vitamin D making it a key product for your diet.
