Semi-mature goat’s cheese with aromatic herbs artisanally made with goat’s milk. After maturing for three weeks, this goat cheese captures the aroma of Provençal herbs to incorporate them into its intense milk flavor. Thyme, rosemary and laurel are herbs that thrive in Urpina farm, and they provide this cheese with a specific aroma. A cheese with a soft and creamy texture, where the scent of herbs stimulates your senses. The white interior reflects the purity of the goat’s milk.

Aging Time: 3 weeks

Conservation: Between 4ºC and 6ºC

Format: Whole cheese of 350gr. approx.

Ingredients: Pasteurized goat milk, rennet, lactic ferments, salt, egg lysozyme preservative and calcium chloride.

The milk used in the artisanal preparation of this semi-cured goat cheese comes from the own herd and from farms in the area. Muntanyola opts for producing high-quality gourmet cheeses, selecting producers committed to milk quality, animal welfare, organic farming or local consumption.
