Aging Time: 3 weeks

Conservation: Between 4ºC and 6ºC

Format: Whole cheese of 350 gr. approx.

Ingredients: Pasteurized goat milk, rennet, lactic ferments, salt, egg lysozyme preservative and calcium chloride.

The milk used in the artisanal preparation of this semi-cured goat cheese comes from the own herd and from farms in the area. Muntanyola opts for producing high-quality gourmet cheeses, selecting producers committed to milk quality, animal welfare, organic farming or local consumption.
