Semi-mature goat’s cheese with paprika handmade with goat’s milk. The quality of the goat’s milk allows us to achieve the perfect balance between flavor and creaminess after three weeks of maturation. This goat’s cheese has a delicate orange rind coated with paprika that provides a unique aroma. With a soft and creamy texture, the artisan semi-mature cheese with paprika is characterized by a pleasant and very mild flavor with a slightly acid notes and hints of smoke and crushed peppers.

Conservation: Between 4ºC and 6ºC
Format: Whole cheese of 350 gr. approx.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat milk, rennet, lactic ferments, salt, egg lysozyme preservative and calcium chloride.
The milk used in the artisanal preparation of this semi-cured goat cheese comes from the own herd and from farms in the area. Muntanyola opts for producing high-quality gourmet cheeses, selecting producers committed to milk quality, animal welfare, organic farming or local consumption.
