JoanCake makes three different cakes with Muntanyola Cheeses

Jon Garcia is an aeronautical engineer who during the pandemic came up with his personal cheesecake project and created JonCake. With two bakeries in Barcelona, his project has achieved exceptional success and recognition, with queues of up to 45 minutes in the street to get his delicious cakes.

One of his initiatives is the specials that he is dedicating this spring to Formatges Muntanyola, with which he has designed 3 recipes that he will be presenting in the coming days. The first of the 3 JCEspecial creations, limited editions of @joncake.es is already here! It is a cheesecake made with #Garrotxa from Formatges Muntanyola.A cheese artisanally produced with milk from goats from our herd and matured for months in our chambers. It is a very special cheese, slow ripening, with the aroma of fresh milk, soft and creamy. The #Garrotxa de Muntanyola cheesecake multiplies everything in an incredible way!
